After examining the wall for a brief period, Dr. Finch and Caius find an odd square in the wallpaper, near the floor.

After messing with it enough, they get it open.

Inside are document 15e, a strange gun, and several energy cells.

"...Huh," says Caius.

While Caius takes the power cells and examines the gun, Dr. Finch begins thumbing through the document.

After a minute or two, Caius gives a big shrug. "This gun is weird, and I can't even tell how to fire it."

Dr. Finch looks up from the document. "I've mostly been skimming, but... they used what they learned from Experiment Odin, and the three ghosts in general, to enhance their ghost capturing method. The gun's ammunition cells can be recharged in a standard EM field, and it fires energy specifically refined to act as a sort of repelling agent to imprinted signals. In short, it..."

He glances at the document again.

"Well, it grabs ghosts."

Caius nods. "So, it wouldn't be worth a damn on people, then."

"Oh, quite the opposite," replies Dr. Finch. "It mostly fires electricity in a concentrated burst. The energy should, at impact, spread through a human body just as well as it spreads through ghostly ambience. If this works like it does on paper, it's a scaled up taser. You would not want to have a full bladder when you get hit by this."

"Doctor Finch," Caius says, trying not to laugh, "I wish you were a hugger."

Dr. Finch seems to skip right past the comment, his eyes dropping back to the document. "Though... if this is accurate... it might also say something about Experiment Odin, and what went wrong here. ...There should be a machine in this facility somewhere, a large one, if the director didn't have it removed. I recommend we search for it."

...Not gonna lie, I was not expecting a ghoulie-grabbing supertaser. That's definitely a most pleasant surprise. Anyways, it seems like our next big thing should be to figure out where the hell the machine in this facility is... provided it actually is still in the bunker proper. May as well get to checking out that locked door proper-like at this point.

Caius should help open up the door, now. The machine is probably on the other side of the door, and it wouldn't be wrong to assume there are a lot of ghosts past there. Let's keep our fancy new gun at the ready.

Ha, seems we're practically ghost busters now.
Caius, hold off on opening the door.
It's locked for a reason, and hopefully the notes say why.

Come to think of it, how effective would the gun be on machines?
We haven't seen the last warbot, and if it could cook the thing it would be a huge help.

Check the file cabinet and desk drawers for keys. It would be something left, maybe.

We should setup a "Free Hugs" booth made from plywood and low-quality art materials (leftover paint, crayons, etc.). With a backwards "s" at the end, because random, backwards letters are like the monocle of the alphabetical world. But that project can wait.

Load up the gun if you can figure it out and proceed with caution to the locked door. There's probably at least 2 more ghost stories waiting to happen along the way.
Also keep an eye out for any more hidey spots.

Glance in the file cabinet and desk drawers briefly, see if there are keys. If there are, that simplifies things, otherwise Caius is gonna have to bust the door down. Either way, head to the locked door, but hold off on opening it for a bit. Finch should continue reading the notes, see if there's any info on what's behind there in the document. Open it after that, provided the document doesn't say "there are 7 more Edisons behind this door, do not open" or some shit like that.

Meanwhile, Jane and Fuse should make preparations to Southden. The motorcycle idea was solid, I think. Michelle and, potentially, Zene should get ready to explore Ilworth - Jane and Fuse can hold their own in a fight, but Zene would be more vulnerable, so considering how much of a force of nature Michelle is, it only makes sense for them to go together.
