"THIS UNIT CAnNOT ESTIMATE ACCURATELY," 3/12 replies. "IF THE BROKEN ANDRoID IS OF AN UPDATED MODEL, IT WILL TAKE LONGER THAN IT TYPiCALLY TAKES FOR SITE sEVENTEEN MEMBERS TO REPAIR EaCH OTHER."
"Think you might need our help?," Michelle asks.
"NEGATIVE," responds 8/12. "THE STAFF STAFF STAFF OF ZONE FIFTY SITE SEVENTEEN SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF H-HANDLING IT."
Michelle turns to the unnumbered Jury. "So, uhhh... I'm Michelle, and this is Fuse. Do you got a name, or...?"
"THIS UNIT DOESNOTHAVE A DESIGNATION?," the android replies. "THIS UNIT IS COMPRISED OF PARTS FROMNUMEROUS PREVIOUS MEMBERS OF THE ZONEFIFTYSITESEVENTEEN STAFF?"
"Oh," is all Michelle can manage. "We'll... figure somethin' out, then."
You suggest hugs, but Michelle and Fuse are both wary of how the Juries might react still.
You have Michelle and Fuse leave a note for Jury when she wakes up. They bring in the rest of Jury's parts, and then return to Bunker A.
"Whoa." Michelle stops briefly at the sight of Mom's red.
"Yeah," Fuse says, "that's... what I saw in the basement alright."
You all eat dinner, and catch each other up on things. You check on Macland Row; one of Shirai's guards is in the room with him, but the guard does not have a scar.
Okie dokie. One team stays behind to punt Edison on Mars, the other team picks up the hospital file. I'd suggest Michelle and Caius head out while the rest of us stay behind, since that janky suit could only fit regular sized people if I remember correctly. I'm just guessing that once the airlock opens, the gravity will lessen up and allow for whoever gets to do the punting to move the canister even without superhuman strength. So Caius/Michelle just need to pop it in the airlock (before we open it up to Mars) beforehand, I guess.
We didn't feel a shift in gravity like suddenly being on an elevator when we originally entered so there might be artificial gravity.
Also I don't recall us ever getting around to refurbishing the hazmat/spacesuit yet.
Also also are you planning on putting the canister outside? We'd probably want to keep it inside where it's less likely to get damaged by the environment. Yes, it's a scary thought, but so is dust/wind causing an opening in the canister and Edison, who can move through solid matter anyway, escaping and setting up an ambush. We can try propping it in a less-planty section with the lid against a wall/heavy object for safety.
@Blue_Elite
Honestly, duct tape might work well enough to seal the suits up for temporary usage. Radiation may be a bit of an issue, but we're only going to be out there for 5 minutes, tops. Air pressure will be the only thing to worry about.
And even if Edison manages to escape, she'll have an awfully hard time breathing on Mars - Which is a good thing. You could argue that she doesn't need to breathe, seeing as how she could phase through walls, but she'd need a conduit to pass through regardless. If you wanted my guess, I'd say the air on mars isn't thick enough for her to move around out in the open.
Maybe we could just prop a large rock on the lid, anyways :P
Oh, I thought this whole time by punting Edison on Mars, we actually meant kicking her out into the open Mars space XDDD never mind, I'm not the one who came up with the idea in the first place so we can go with whatever the suggesters actually meant :P
Skin wall, like from in the basement red. Am curious as to how the lighting for this would work, there isn't exactly space for the Eyeballs Which Are Mysteriously Responsible For Light, seems that the current skin wall is using the dark palette? Not entirely sure though, it's been a while since I saw basement red x3

Here's the original for reference. This Red looks a little more compact (and lacks a light source) but otherwise is the same. The skin tone may just be a combination of coincidence and limited color pallette due to the medium.
There was a red splatter where the flower was. I'm guessing the flower was either absorbed in the process or it just fell behind the table.
Well, since we've all met up, shall we cook up a disguise for Dr. Finch and have him pick up the medical file? Don't want to keep him TOO cooped up in the bunker and he's an actual doctor. We'd still have an escort just in case.
Now that Caius is all patched up, he's less conspicuous than Michelle. Probably him and Dr. Finch could go in Michelle's truck.
That'd leave Fuse, Michelle and maybe us to deliver Edison's keister canister to Mars (along with the signal blocker, the idea being IN CASE it fails no one will find the canister).
Since we need someone to man the door and we can ask mom's Red about the Macland situation (and give her a welcoming hug), I'd recommend Michelle with Fuse as an escort/company (because she's had some bad experiences with these doors) to drop off the canister in a relatively secure location in bunker D.
I would like to know why the proto-Jurys and Dr Finch have the same speech pattern... Seriously they both get hung up on words... Well well well... III... Is it just a coincidence or what?
Coincidence and technically they're not the same. PJ 8/12 repeats like a broken record and does so seemingly at random, likely due to damage or corruption over the course of some 100 years.
Dr. Finch generally only repeats when he's trying to buy time to get his thoughts together. He can go for a very long time without repeating, suggesting it's a verbal tick for a filler word rather than saying, "um...".
I think we may be going overboard with our hugs. Hugging out of relief and in greeting and farewell o a good friend is fine. Hugging in other situations just feels unrealistic.
Also I don't recall us ever getting around to refurbishing the hazmat/spacesuit yet.

And where'd the flower go?
Did you eat it Lil...er... Mid... red?

... What did Dr Finch make for dinner?
