You bring the raven from your house to the arcade, occasionally taking a glance through its eyes.

You also warn Grizwald that you may have accidentally brought a tracked phone here at some point.

"Oh, yeah," he responds. "They been here already."

"Wh... what? Seriously?," Michelle asks.

Grizwald nods. "Couple o' big fellas in shades. They hustled around, stole some o' muh beers an' left. Losers. I was out at tha time, but I keep a cam'ra or two on when I'm gone. I thought this guy was one of 'em," he points to Dr. Finch, "'cuz he came in here lookin' fer me too. Looks like he was one o' yers, though."

Dr. Finch nods. "Numerous terrible things were going on at the time, and we wanted to check on you."

"I'm good," Grizwald chuckles. "But thanks fer lookin' out."

You ask Lydia if there's anything she can do--if there's anyone she can trust, or any way she can still bring all the evidence together.

Her face strains for a second before she answers. "I keep my best stuff online and well hidden, so I don't think they'll have ditched my evidence yet. I don't know if I can trust any of my coworkers... but that shouldn't stop a good reporter! I'll figure out a way to keep working from the shadows. Having all this happen just helped me know I'm on the right track!"

You offer to let her join your... ragtag group of freedom fighters, or whatever it is you are at this point.

"We got a magic bunker an' everything," Michelle adds.

Lydia shakes her head. "If I'm going to finish this story, I need to be independent. Maverick. Yeah. Maverick. Maverick reporter Lydia. I'm probably gonna be throwing myself into the heart of danger, and~ I don't want you guys getting caught up in it."

Dr. Finch gives a grim sort of chuckle. "The heart of danger is bog standard for us at this stage. If we're not actively fearing for our lives I start suspecting something is amiss."

Michelle has a laugh of her own. "For real. If monsters don't come bustin' through the door then we go lookin' for 'em."

Lydia smiles a little. "Sure, sure... but I don't want your danger and my danger combining into some kinda, like, super danger."

"I think you've just grown too attached to the word maverick in this short span of time," Dr. Finch speculates.

For now, you and Lydia at least swap phone numbers. You now have Maverick Reporter Lydia's phone number.

I say we offer Lydia one of our syringes, if we have one, for in case she deems it necessary. After that, maybe get another means of contacting the Griz, and then I think it's time to return to our bunker, or buy some glow sticks. I stand by the raven with a glow stick idea for Bunker C.

I like Lydia, but she's been captured once, and she seems determined to wind up captured again... I don't know if leaving a vial with her is the best plan.

Lydia's pretty pumped up all things considered. Impressive.

Tell her to avoid sniffing too obviously around Carpenter if she likes her skin as it is. And the potential links between Mac, Thale & Hope.

Maverick Lydia~ so happy to have you join us! :D (And by that, I don't mean in our bunker but... she's on our side, yanno. XD)

Can we let her know we have a resident computer expert (without revealing his name of course - he's m y s t e r i o u s ~) who can upload some evidence we've got on hand if it'll help her, into her secret online server(s)?

What we have: 1) a list of Club Elegance members, 2) scientific research notes on STQ and its real effects (Dr. Finch can make them from cleantex) and 3) raw footage of a certain middle tier hospital that shows one of the main reasons that Tobu Hack even happened. (Though no. 3 may not necessarily relevant, I dunno.) 4) A write-up on the Temple of Enyo's fractured inner factions right now, and how STQ distribution is directed through it.

And possibly, we could tell her - there may be a lead through Brother Harold Hope, in relevance to Temple of Enyo. But yeah, we want her to be very careful with that one if she really wants to try it.

We should also let her know that if she digs up anything really really incriminating, we do have a federal agent we can trust on our end who could use the proof to actually make arrests. She could contact us to connect to that line if she has anything.

Let's first-aid her right now, by the way; I'm not sure if Grizwald did, but we *are* a nurse and doctor right here, and poor Lydia's been through some physical torture for some time. ;v;*

I agree with everything Rufi said, and with giving her a syringe, for emergency.
And with getting some more effective means of contacting Grizwald.
I also vote for the exploration of bunker C and D.
I think we should get the cheap drone, and maybe some air filters. And some rope and flashlights are probably a good idea as well.

Oh lord, she's the female Finch of investigative journalism, the maverick to his genius! XD
