You obtain two levels and one cleantex.

You hazard a glance into the refrigerator. Some of it is soda, kept cold because that's what a refrigerator is for. Some of it is meat, which not even the refrigerator could save. Some of it is a bag of potato chips, because Howler did a lot of drugs.

To be fair, he was also a conspiracy nut. Maybe he thought refrigerating chips would keep the aliens out of his head or something.

You also check inside the oven. It takes you a second. This thing hasn't been opened in... a while. You finally manage to pry it open, and inside... inside is science. Things are growing in there. Long after the end, when this miserable planet is a smoldering wasteland, what was once in this oven will rule the new world. You shut the oven, comfortable in the knowledge that there are drugs out there that can scrub this memory from your brain.

Oh geez. Uh... okay, so to figure out more about how the pyrokinetic stuff works - can we snap our fingers and set whatever microcosm of bacteria was growing in there alight without actually looking at what we're burning, or do we need to have line of sight in order to set something on fire? Is knowing where it is at least spatially (and since we did actually catch a glimpse of it, albeit briefly) enough to be able to set it on fire? And how far away can we be before we can't set something on fire with our mind?

Controlling fire is extremely difficult without looking at it.

The furthest you've ever set something on fire was about twenty feet away, but you don't practice it over a range much. If it doesn't start at its destination, it starts somewhere else, and that makes practice hard.

@MM: Okay, gotcha. So technically, possible, but incredibly difficult and we don't have as much practice under our belt as we'd like with our amazing fire-mind-bending powers. Guess we'll have to start packing some in now! ;)

if we are going to incinerate that oven I think it'd be best to save that for when we leave. lest we accidentally start burning this place to the ground.... so to speak. Not sure this place is even remotely close to the ground.

@Xylas: This sounds very reasonable and I totally second the check-all-the-cabinets-and-for-hidden-compartments, as well as checking behind the poster. o/ (and when all is said and done, if we get the chance, we'll toast that oven hehe)

IT was mentioned earlier but is there anything hidden behind that poster? Given Howler being a conspiracy nut I wouldn't be surprised that he has hidden caches of things around the house. Also that fridge has a freezer compartment, might as well check that as well. ... Oh and double check for hidden compartments in the cabinets. Again, conspiracy nut. best to be thorough.

There's also a poster in the computer room that I'm curious about. Also, what does the poster's design represent?
